Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, intimate apparel, swimwear, and personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are defective.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product (e.g., wrong size, wrong style, or wrong color), please contact us immediately upon receipt. Such items are eligible for a full refund, free exchange, or replacement. To process your request, we may ask you to provide clear photos or videos of the product and the packaging to verify the issue. We will cover all associated shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to our error, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
For non-quality-related returns or exchanges (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dislike of the style), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the original shipping fee paid at the time of purchase will not be included in the refund amount. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for return shipments, as we are not liable for lost or damaged packages during the return transit. For exchanges, we will ship the new product to you once the return inspection is completed and the exchange request is confirmed.
